Sessions usually last between 45 to 60 minutes. Most clients start with weekly sessions, but frequency can be adjusted as needed.

While I am based in Richmond, I regularly work with clients across the state, including Richmond, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Charlottesville, Arlington, Alexandria, Woodbridge, Fairfax, and other Northern Virginia communities. In North Carolina, I serve clients in Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, Asheville, and surrounding areas. Virtual therapy allows you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space without the need to travel to an office.
